3. Written Management Agreements Govern

Browsing this website or requesting a complimentary rental valuation does not create a brokerage, agency, or property management relationship between you and Winvest Management. Formal services begin only after both parties sign a written property management or leasing agreement.

4. Portal Access and Account Security

Owners and tenants receive credentials for our online portal powered by Rentvine. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your login, including bank account updates, maintenance approvals above $500, and lease document signatures, and you must notify us at (305) 403-9226 the moment you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity

We follow the law. Winvest Management complies with the Federal Fair Housing Act, the Florida Fair Housing Act, and all county and municipal nondiscrimination ordinances across Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, evaluating every rental application under written, objective screening standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and code on this site belong to Winvest LLC or its licensors. Do not copy or redistribute them without written permission.
