Ideal Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Real Estate License (SL or BK)

Property Maintenance Technician and Handyman, Miami

Role Overview

Reliable trades keep rentals performing. Winvest Management is looking for skilled maintenance technicians, experienced handymen, and residential repair specialists to handle preventative upkeep, turnover make ready punch lists, and day to day work orders across our growing portfolio of single family homes, condos, and multifamily buildings in South Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Residential Property Repairs: Perform general handyman tasks, drywall patching, plumbing/electrical fixes, and appliance troubleshooting.
  • Turnkey Turnover Prep: Execute lease start and lease end property turnovers quickly to minimize unit vacancy time.
  • Move In and Move Out Inspections: Inspect units at move in and move out only, document maintenance needs, and report findings to property managers.
  • Independent Work Order Execution: Manage assigned service tickets efficiently with prompt status updates.
  • Vendor & Contractor Support: Collaborate with specialized trade contractors for major structural or HVAC projects.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of residential property maintenance or general handyman experience
  • Ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues independently
  • Reliable work vehicle, standard tools, and valid driver's license
  • Professional, respectful attitude when interacting with residents and owners
  • Handyman or trade certifications a major plus
