Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

Non Sharing Clause

Mobile numbers are never sold. Specifically, we do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or share collected mobile phone numbers or SMS opt in consent data with any third parties or corporate affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share personal information only with service providers that work for us, and only so they can do that work for us. We never sell your personal information, and we never give it to anyone for their own marketing.

• GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system. When you send a form on our Website, your details go into our GoHighLevel account so our team can follow up with you.
• Our own inbox. A copy of each inquiry and each job application you send through our Website is also emailed to our team at info@winvestmanagement.com, so no request gets missed.
• Cloudflare, which hosts our Website and delivers those emails.
• Rentvine, our property management software, if you use our owner or tenant portal.
• ShowMojo, which runs the rental listings on our For Rent page. The listings load from ShowMojo when you open that page, and if you book a showing, the details you enter go to ShowMojo and to us so the showing can be confirmed.
• Google, to measure which of our ads lead to an inquiry and how visitors use our Website (Google Analytics 4), as described in section 5.
• Advertising and analytics service providers, which may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies on our Website to measure its use and to show relevant ads for our services on other websites and platforms, as described in section 5.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example to answer a court order or subpoena, or when it is needed to protect the safety, rights or property of our clients, residents or our company.

5. Advertising and Analytics

Ad Measurement. Our Website uses the Google tag so we can see which of our ads lead to an inquiry. The tag records that an inquiry happened and does not send your name, email address or phone number to Google. Ad measurement and conversion tracking are not marketing, and they never result in marketing texts, calls or emails to you. You can manage how Google personalizes ads at adssettings.google.com.

Google Analytics 4. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our Website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, how visitors arrived (for example from a search, an ad or another site), and general device, browser and approximate location details (city or region, worked out from your IP address). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses, and we do not send your name, email address or phone number to it. Google processes this data for us and shows us totals and trends, not who you are. Google Analytics 4 sets first party cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code, which tell one visit apart from another and keep for up to two years unless you clear them. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website by installing the Google Analytics Opt out Browser Add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can block or delete the _ga cookies at any time in your browser’s cookie settings. Ahrefs Web Analytics. We count visits with Ahrefs Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. It shows us totals, such as page views and which sites sent visitors to us.

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity only on our private preview site, where our team tests new pages before they go live. Clarity is not used on winvestmanagement.com.

Interest Based Advertising. We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to measure how our Website is used and to show you relevant ads for our services on other websites and platforms, based on your visits to our Website. This is known as interest based advertising. You can limit it by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings, or by using the industry opt out pages at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Our own Website code does not set cookies. The Google tag sets cookies that remember an ad click, so a later inquiry can be credited to the right ad, and Google Analytics 4 sets the _ga and _ga_ cookies described in section 5 to count visits. Our advertising and analytics service providers may also set cookies and similar technologies for interest based advertising, as described in section 5. Ahrefs Web Analytics sets no cookies. While you browse, we also keep the ad details from the link you arrived on, such as the campaign name, in your browser’s session storage, which clears when you close the tab, so your inquiry reaches us with the ad that brought you. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, and our Website still works without them.

7. Calls and Texts

When you send a form on our Website, you agree Winvest Management LLC may call or text you at the number you gave us, and email you, only about the request you sent. We do not send marketing calls, texts or emails, and we never sell your information. Calls with our team may be recorded for quality and training. We announce it at the start of any recorded call.

8. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, improper use, or unlawful disclosure across all of our systems, though because no method of transmission over the public Internet or electronic storage is ever 100% immune to risk, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Access remains restricted.
