Your consent governs our text messaging. By opting into or using a Text Message Service (as defined below) from Winvest Management, LLC, you accept these SMS Terms of Use ("Terms") in full.
Agreement and Contact Information
This agreement is between you and Winvest Management, LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 66 W Flagler St, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33130. References to "Winvest Management," "we," "our," or "us" refer to Winvest Management, LLC.
Definitions
Participation is always voluntary. Opting In or Opt In means requesting, joining, enrolling in, signing up for, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from Winvest Management, LLC regarding your property inquiry, rental application, active tenancy, maintenance request, or management account.
Text Message Service refers to any arrangement under which we may send messages, including text messages (SMS, MMS, or successor protocols/technologies), to your mobile phone number.
Consenting to Text Messaging
By opting into our Text Message Service, you agree to these Terms, as well as our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Electronic records apply. By opting in, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement, and you may withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
Winvest Management, LLC Text Message Service Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Information provided through this Text Message Service is used solely to transmit your messages and respond to you, such as for property management inquiries or tenant communications. This may include sharing information with platform providers, phone carriers, or vendors assisting in message delivery. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not share your mobile information or your text messaging opt in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing hashed contact information with advertising service providers for ad measurement and conversion tracking is not sharing for marketing or promotional purposes, and it never results in marketing texts, calls or emails to you. We reserve the right to disclose information as required by law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. This Text Message Service Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Text Message Service and does not modify our general Privacy Policy, which governs our broader relationship with you.
Costs of Text Messages
We never charge a fee for text messaging. Winvest Management, LLC does not charge for sending or receiving messages via this Text Message Service. If we text you, message and data rates may apply under your plan with your wireless carrier or mobile provider. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
Frequency of Text Messages
When you send us a form or contact us, we may call or text you at the number you gave us, only about that request. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. If we text you, our messages are conversational, person to person communication, such as between you and our property management team. We may send an initial message with service details, and the number of any later messages will depend on your interactions with us (for example, requesting maintenance or sending a HELP request).
Opting Out of Text Messages
Opting out is immediate. If we text you, you can reply STOP to opt out at any time. You can also reply to any message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, and because our platform operates as a conversational person to person service, your opt out request applies to the specific conversation and phone number associated with the team member you are communicating with. If you opt out of texts from us, we may send one final confirmation text.
