Joseph Hunike
Co-Founder & Managing PartnerOriginally from North Carolina, Joseph graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor's in Industrial Distribution from the College of Engineering and Technology. He built a strong foundation in sales, operations, and management during his Fortune 500 career moving across NC, SC, and FL to start up accounts and build the company he worked for.
After years of helping build someone else's company, Joseph decided to take the leap into Miami real estate to build his own. Alongside his business partner Tim, he has spent the last 5 years immersed in the Miami real estate community, witnessing firsthand the "level of craziness" that plagues small and midsize property management.
Timothy Meyers
Co-Founder & Managing PartnerOriginally from Virginia, Tim graduated from James Madison University with his Bachelor's degree. He brings over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, compliance, and legal to Winvest from his time at AECOM. His background includes structuring real estate deals, managing financial operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. He also owns multiple houses.
Tim's expertise in finance and legal ensures that every Winvest property is managed with institutional-grade financial discipline and legal precision. Together with Joseph, he has built Winvest into a trusted name in Miami real estate.
